Elsaphan Njora (@elsaphan_njora) is a multi-talented artist known for acting, spoken word, and music.

“He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and communications and is the founder of EOPNATION; a spoken word event that was held in Nairobi every third Friday of the month for over nine years and HOMECOMING; a multi character, multidisciplinary, minimalist living room performance that is based on THE ZAPHAN GENRE OF PLAY.

“Njora has performed the hit musical TINGA TINGA on BROADWAY and distingushed himself as a screen actor in numerous projects including experimental music videos with Just-A-Band, local TV hit shows BRIEFCASE INC, and GROOVE THEORY, the HBO series SENSE 8, the film-festival favorite KATI KATI (TIFF) and most recently presenter on NTV’s fan-favourite TWENDE.

“He is embarking on a musical journey that has seen the release of the singles “BADO NI CHRISTMAS”, “STIMA”, “NJORA WA MANJARO”, “SPACE YA TWO”, and “SIKAI HAPA”.

“His music is a blend of all his disciplines, experience in the arts, influences and quirks flowing through the melodies, lyrics, and intricacies of Hip Hop.”
